Community Standards and Education

Consider The Campus Community

Partnering with students, Western New England University strives to create an experience that provides opportunities for life long learning through education, reflection, and citizenship. Community Standards and Education provides situations to enlighten the community about the benefits of living, learning, and working together. All of our community members (staff, faculty, students, and alumni) have established expectations for each other through the Community Covenant, the Civility Statement, and Student Code of Conduct.

To that end, our goal of a conduct intervention, and the corresponding review process, is to aid students in becoming global citizens which understand and accept their obligations as members of this community. Students are expected to respect the rights and differences of each other, their possessions and persons, and to support an environment that is conducive to living and learning.
